Manon and Marine enjoyed their last two weeks of holidays before the last projects and exams :)
During the holidays Marine did several aquatic activities like paddle and swim ! It was her first time she did paddle, and it was not as complicated as the thought (despite the fact she was the only one that fell, ahah ^^)
She was very happy to see her "high school friends" ! In fact, it is not always easy to see each other because they are studying in different cities of France and Spain.
Manon did funny things too during her holiday, especially... paragliding ! she did that with her boyfriend Thibault, and they flied over the Vosges Mountains (no pictures from up here, as they didn't want to drop the camera!)
The weekend after the end of vacation, Marine went to La Rochelle to see her sister, brother-in-law, niece Lilou and nephew Maël !! They really enjoyed to be together and did nice activities together: hike, bike, Ferris wheel, dance...
They also went to a famous Island of France: the Oleron Island, which is known for its lighthouse, beaches and colorful houses. The latter are small designer houses, which are just in front of the sea :)
The same week-end, Manon's family came in Rennes to see her and enjoy the Breton way of life :) Manon's mother, aunt and sister really enjoyed this few days during which they discovered the famous crepes, Mt-St-Michel, St Malo, Dinard and of course, the beautiful city of Rennes!
During weekends, Manon and Marine are also spending time with friends in downtown Rennes. The weather is really nice there ! That's a great opportunity to enjoy the culinary delights from Brittany: cider, galettes and crêpes ;)
